TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  As a customer of Set the Table, I agree to the following:

  Food Safety and Handling:

• I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the  Set the Table facilities during my assembling session.
• I will not attend my the  Set the Table session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.
  
• I will assume all responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all the dinners I create at the  Set the Table.
  
• I will immediately freeze my  Set the Table meals following the conclusion of my session at  Set the Table at a temperature below 0 degrees F. I will refrigerate all food items to a temperature below 41 degrees F. (Always use a refrigerator thermometer to make sure your refrigerator is set to the appropriate temperature).
  
• I will always wash my hands with warm, soapy water before preparing and eating food.
  
• I will agree to release the  Set the Table from all claims, damages and causes of action or liability which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of the  Set the Table meals.

  Terms of Kitchen Session:

• Our minimum order is 3 entrees for assembly and pick up. If you would like fewer entrées stop in during store hours to
  get entrées.
  
• All food containers will be provided by the  Set the Table. Please do not bring your own.
  
• Bring a cooler or tote to transport food home.
  
• If you are bringing a helper, you must contact your scheduler to confirm there is room in the session.
  
• For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 12 attend.

  Cancellation Policy:

Since we pre-order our food for our sessions, all cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to your session date to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours there is no refund. However, we can make arrangements to make your food if you contact us.

  Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not ever sell, rent or misuse your personal information. We do not store credit card information on our website. All personal information is for our business use only. You may request to be removed from our contact list at any time.

Set the Table reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time.  When we make changes, we will post them on www.justsetthetable.net, so please check them from time to time because your use of our services and website following any changes indicates your agreement to abide by these modifications.
